Product Appreciation Period
According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have a 7-day appreciation period (including holidays) starting from the day the product arrives at your location.
The appreciation period is not a trial period. For food safety reasons, products that have been opened and used are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product itself is defective.

Return and Exchange Policy
Returned products must be unused and free from damage or malfunction caused by non-human factors. The 7-day appreciation period protected by the Consumer Protection Act allows you to hesitate and confirm whether the product meets your needs, and it is not a trial period. If our store has informed you, please keep the original packaging intact (including the outer packaging box), otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product appreciation period exceeds 7 days.
- The product has been opened and used, or is damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, abrasions, dirt.
- The packaging of the returned product is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are missing.
- Malicious or excessive returns.
Return Process
Contact customer service → Confirm eligibility for exchange → Prepare the complete product and invoice → Provide receiving time and contact information, address → Our designated logistics will handle the return. (The entire process takes about 20 days)
Refund Instructions
- Credit Card Payment: Once the return is confirmed successful, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card account.
- Cash on Delivery Payment: Once the return is confirmed successful, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
